I use an integrated approach to support adults in individual

therapy sessions to navigate a variety of challenges. Sessions can be done in person at my Bedford office, or virtually from anywhere in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick. Areas I often support in include:

I welcome youth age 15+ for individual therapy sessions. Navigating the teen years comes with unique challenges. I have specialized education in child and adolescent mental health and understand the importance of creativity and flexibility when working with this population. Starting therapy as a teen can be overwhelming and scary. Your level of comfort is important to me. I will do my best to respond to any questions you have about the process and use interventions that are best suited to your individual needs.
